How long does it take for orders to be delivered?

The process from purchase to delivery takes 6-8 days unless your purchase includes all-over t-shirts or hoodies. All-over t-shirts and hoodies take up to 2-3 weeks due to its products being shipped from outer regions.

What are all-over t-shirts/hoodies?

All-Over t-shirts/hoodies are products, mainly made with polyester, that contain designs on the sleeves, hood, etc., essentially, designs are seen covering the entirety of the clothing.

Where is my order?

The progress of your order should be sent through your confirmation email, leaving you access to get updates on your order. If you have no access to those updates, email us at the given email located on the bottom of this page or on the sites Contact page.

Can I cancel and/or refund my order?

Yes, make sure to cancel your order before the order is shipped. Your cancellation window is in the first 1-2 days. This rule goes the same for refunds.

Are there returns?

Yes, you are able to return your item/s inside a 30-day window. You must email us with your problem with sufficient reason to why you want to return your purchase.

Reasons for declining your return request include:

Change of mind

Customer produced damage

Display of use

Late delivery

Wrong Size (Size charts are displayed for every product so this should not be an issue)
